Wilderness Rego Pack & Rental Guidelines

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro takes you through five distinct ecological zones—from hot rainforests to freezing arctic summits. Note: High-end technical gear (duffels, walking poles, insulated summit parkas) can be rented in Moshi prior to your climb.

01 Headwear, Eyewear & Face Protection

Knit Hat
Warm Knit Beanie

Essential for cold evenings and summit night. Protects ears from frostbite.

Brimmed Hat
Brimmed Sun Hat

For sunny daytime hiking in lower zones. Safeguards neck and face from high UV.

Balaclava

Sunglasses

02 Technical Upper Body Layering System
