Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1
Day 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO AIRPORT
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International airport, Transfer to Planet lodge for overnight.
Day 2
Day 2: After Breakfast Following pickup from Kilimanjaro Airport, we depart for Tarangire National Park
This park is spectacular in the dry season when many of the migratory wildlife species come back to the permanent waters of the Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands and Oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rain when they migrate again to good grazing areas. In the late afternoon drive to Winters lodge. - Full board.
Day 3
Day 3: Serengeti national park
After breakfast drive 3 hours to Serengeti national park via a typical Maasai village, game drive in the vast glass land savanna of the Serengeti have packed lunch with you, game drive late afternoon rest and overnight. Kenzan Mara Central camp - Full board.
Day 4
Day 4: Northern Serengeti
After breakfast, venture into the Northern part of Serengeti to experience the great wildebeest migration in Serengeti’s wilderness full day of game viewing in the park. Dinner and overnight at Kenzan Mara luxury camp Full board.
Optional Activities:
- Balloon safari: $ 550 per person.
- Night Game drive $ 100 per person.
- Sunset or Sundowner walking: $ 35 per person
Day 5
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, drive to experience the great migration river crossing at the Mara River Northern part of Serengeti alongside game viewing in the vast Serengeti Savanna grass land. Dinner and overnight at Kenzan Mara luxury camp - Full board.
Day 6
Day 6: Ngorongoro Conservation Are
After an early breakfast game drive enroute to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site containing diverse ecosystems and a large concentration of birds and animals. Enjoy a lunch at continue to Ngorongoro Totilis. For Dinner and overnight.
Day 7
Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park. When you approach it from the east, the Rift Valley escarpment looms on the horizon forming an impressive backdrop to the lake. In the tall trees of the ground water forest, monkeys leap from branch to branch, and on the escarpment, elephants stand in the shade in the afternoon drops off Airport.
Day 8
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside the crater. This is the best place in Tanzania to see black rhino as well as prides of lion that include the magnificent black-manned males. There are lots of colorful flamingoes and a variety of water birds. Other game that you can see includes leopard, cheetah, hyena, other members of the antelope family, and small mammals. Dinner and overnight Marela Valley lodge.
